KAZ is the proud sponsor of The KAZ NSW Schools Program.

This initiative has been designed to enable Sailors with disABILITIES to invite more disabled / disadvantaged children and adults from Sydney and the surrounding areas, to come aboard and experience the thrill of sailing a grand prix ocean racing yacht around Sydney Harbour.

A typical sail day on Sydney Harbour begins with a phone call to SWD. People usually meet with the crew at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) at Rushcutters Bay, but transport within the Sydney Metropolitan area can be arranged if needed. On the sail around Sydney Harbour, the children will work with adults with similar types of impairments. The day is yours, you are encouraged to be as proactive as you like or enjoy the feeling of freedom on the water.

Please don't hesitate to contact SWD for a sail. There is no charge, no fees, no cost.

Involved in this program are also days allocated for carers and parents of these children, we understand the enormous contribution they make to their children's lives and we would like to support them also.
