About Our Programs

Each week Sailors with disABILITIES runs various sailing events from Try Sail Days on Mondays and Tuesdays, Twilight Racing on Wednesday evenings, and, subject to crew availability, Carers Days on Sundays. If you are a school or community group that would like to participate in our Try Sail Day program, please visit our sign up page for more information.

SWD also competes in many races.  If your aspiration is elite sailing, Wot Eva is SWD’s high performance, racing boat.  Should you want a more relaxed, informal sailing experience, Kayle is able to cater for this.  Kayle has been specially adapted to be able to take up to four wheelchairs.  For more information go to our Racing page or contact us through our Volunteer Page
