DONATE AND SUPPORT SWD

In order to run our proven programmes beyond November this year, Sailors with DisABILITIES needs immediate financial support to continue;

• Using sailing as a means of demonstrating and building confidence and potential of disabled children and adults;

• Teaching disabled children about sailing as a sport, recreation and a means to freedom and independence;

• Providing successful role models who demonstrate a life without limits to disabled children and adults;

• Providing successful role models to the community to demonstrate ability.

DONATIONS:

1. SWD has tax deductability for direct donations pending ATO approval. If you wish to donate to SWD directly, please go to the Donate Button on the SWD website homepage and advise us of your contact details and promised donation. We will contact you.

2. SWD receives funding from the Australian Sports Foundation for our TrySail Programmes for disabled children and adults.

The Australian Sports Foundation Limited was established in 1986 by the Australian Government to assist non-profit sporting and community organisations seek tax deductible donations for sport related projects. http://www.asf.org.au/about_us

SPONSORSHIP:

SWD seeks commercial sponsorship for programmes, regattas, yacht racing etc. SWD can provide a commercial sponsor with an effective promotional opportunity linking your organisation with a worthwhile and popular cause to our mutual benefit.

• SWD sponsorship can provide your organisation with Naming Rights, Badging, significant public exposure along Australia’s East Coast and media exposure nationally.

• An association with SWD can provide your organisation with opportunities for involvement in life changing events, staff and executive team building or a wonderful and impressive venue for clients.
