DET Blind & Vision Impaired

Vision Newcastle sailed with Kayle today 22-9-10. Nita Pugh-Nichols who is the groups leader came for her 2nd sail with the group and once again commented on the great experience that would not normally be available to students in their care. The crew on board do fantastic job looking after kids that want to explore the boat from tip to stern.

From my perspective as the boat's photographer, many more thoughts can be understood when you look at the pics that capture the happiness on the faces of the kids and carers. One young student had a unique experience today that has not happened before during the history of the SWD tours - and we promised to keep it a secret. Can you guess by his smile? He is such a happy chap now standing on the aft port quarter of the boat. It was a great trip today if I say so myself.
